• This is an estimate only. Actual job might require more/less work and parts depends on the work required to be done. 
  
• I agree that VIPMarine is not liable for delays in my repairs due to factors such as parts unavailability, insurance approval delays, material shortages, or any other circumstances beyond their control.
• Boats not picked up after 7 days will incur a storage fee of $66 per day. Boats must be collected within 7 days of completion to avoid storage fees of $66 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made with VIPMarine. In the event of payment default, VIPMarine is authorised to seize and take possession of my recreational vehicle or vessel. Any recreational vehicle or vessel left at VIPMarine for more than 30 days will be deemed abandoned, and VIPMarine is authorised to remove the vessel from its workshop/yard and place it on the street.
• All goods and services remain the property of Sydney Marine Services Pty Ltd until paid in full.
• A 50% deposit must be paid before any repairs may begin.  I understand that the repairs must be paid in full before I can pick up my vessel or recreational vehicle. If I make a deposit for repairs and VIPMarine stores my boat and then change my mind on the repairs; charges will be deducted from any refund due to me. Once repairs have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• VIPMarine is not liable for boat covers with tears, loose snaps, holes, or dry rot. Boat covers will not be removed if we are only working on the bottom hull; removal will occur only if necessary.
• All warranties from VIPMarine are handled internally. VIPMarine will not cover costs for repairs or services performed elsewhere. All warranty claims must be inspected and approved at our shop; no photos or invoices from other sources will be accepted. VIPMarine does not cover or fund any mechanical work.
• Parts delivered to the marina must be paid for before leaving the workshop.

I acknowledge that VIPMarine is not responsible for the boats, trailers, engines, or goods left on the boats. If your boat is uninsured, it remains your responsibility and liability.

Additionally, VIPMarine is not liable for any loss or damage to my boat or trailer in the event of theft, fire, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

By authorising this form, VIPMarine terms and conditions become legally binding to all parties. I have read and understand the terms and conditions and I authorise VIPMarine to proceed with the works as set out in my estimate and process payment in full upon satisfactory completion of works. This information is used only in relation to works as per your estimate.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to collection of your vessel, goods or services. VIPMarine is the owner of all equipment/parts/services supplied until payment is made in full.
